We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached

.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was received or the item arrived damaged.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customized items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return or exchange, please contact Soft Stitch Company with your order number and reason for your request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
